All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly agreed
- Revisions are limited based on agreed scope
- Additional work beyond scope may incur extra charges
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will receive rights to the final deliverables
- Eryon Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
- Any third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business and project-related information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eryon Tech shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
- Third-party service failures
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- Client engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
Clients may terminate the project with written notice, subject to payment for completed work.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or services.
We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
